學校成立于1998年,由上海申生投資有限公司舉辦。是一所面向全市招生的全日制涵蓋K12(小學、初中、高中)學段教育的民辦寄宿制學校。現為上海市社會團體管理局AAAAA級單位。學校實行董事會領導下的校長負責制。

School Introduction
Shanghai Paddington bilingual school was founded in 1998 by Shanghai Shensheng investment co., LTD. It is a private boarding school which enrolls students for K12 (primary school, middle school and high school). It is now a AAAAA level unit of Shanghai municipal social organizations administration. The school implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors. After three years’ standardized construction, the school is now entering the period of building characteristic school.
According to the characteristics of different sections, the school strives to build a modern, characteristic and international famous school with diversified and characteristic education system, bilingual courses with Chinese and Western characteristics, intelligent one-stop closed and safe campus service, and education mode of cooperation between Chinese and foreign teachers.
